Preorder terms

Preorder and processing timeframe

All wig units are available by preorder only. Once an order is placed, the required bundles typically take 3 to 4 weeks to arrive in Ghana. If you request wig construction by KayLuxe, an additional 5 to 7 working days is needed after your head measurements are submitted.

Delays may occur due to supplier issues, international shipping, or customs processes, all of which are outside our control. If your wig is urgently needed or tied to a specific deadline, we strongly advise against placing a preorder.

Payment terms

To begin production, a non refundable deposit of at least 50 percent of the total unit cost is required. The remaining balance must be completed within 2 months of the initial deposit.

If full payment is not received within this time, the unit may be subject to a price increase, or it may be resold to another client without refund. In such cases, you will need to place a new order, and the standard 3 to 4 week delivery timeframe will apply again.

Order changes

Once your deposit is made, you have 24 hours to request any changes. After that, no changes can be made to the order, as it will already be in progress.

Wigging fee and time sensitivity

If your order includes wigging services but you are unable to wait the 5 to 7 working days, the wigging fee is non refundable, and the bundles will be delivered as ordered.

Refund policy

Due to the customized nature of our units, refunds are not permitted once a preorder is confirmed. A refund is only possible if the unit is successfully resold. KayLuxe can assist with resale efforts, and the refund will be processed once the unit has been sold.
